4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Thursday aim to be dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/public holidays will dispatch the next working day.

  • We typically ship using DPD Next Day Delivery, however delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.

  • Janie Louise Aesthetics & Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect address details, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Out of Stock Items

  • Occasionally products may be unavailable despite appearing in stock.

  • If this happens, we will contact you to offer a refund, an alternative item, or an estimated restock date.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must comply with our Returns & Refund Policy.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless faulty.

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment.
