Janie Louise Aesthetics & Beauty – Returns & Refund Policy

At Janie Louise Aesthetics & Beauty, we hope you love every product you purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Unopened

    • In their original packaging

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may request photos so we can investigate and follow up with our courier.

  • Once confirmed, we will offer:

    • A replacement,

    • A credit note,

    • Or a refund — depending on your preference and product availability.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong product by mistake, we’ll cover return postage and send the correct item as quickly as possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–10 working days for funds to appear in your account once your return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare or cosmetic products

  • Used equipment or tools

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Return Postage

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit back to us.

  3. Product(s) you wish to return

  4. Reason for return
