Janie Louise Aesthetics & Beauty – Delivery Policy
At Janie Louise Aesthetics & Beauty, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and efficiently so you can enjoy your products as soon as possible.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12:00pm (noon) will be processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Method
We primarily use DPD Next Day Delivery for orders within the UK.
While most orders arrive the next day after dispatch, delivery times may vary depending on courier capacity, location, and external factors.
Delivery Times & Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information from our courier.
Standard delivery times apply Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, items may be temporarily out of stock.
If a product in your order is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange:
A replacement item,
A restock date,
Or a refund for the unavailable product.

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
